Former President Barack Obama is teaming up with actor George Clooney to raise money for former Vice President Joe Biden months before Election Day.
The two hosted a virtual fundraiser and conversation on Tuesday seeking donations for the Biden campaign. Tickets to the fundraiser started at $250 per person and went up to $250,000.

The money raised will go to the Biden Victory Fund, a joint committee comprising of the Biden campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and a few state Democratic parties.
Clooney was a staunch supporter of Obama during his two terms as president and is an outspoken critic of President Trump.
Obama held another fundraiser for Biden last month where he brought in more than $11 million. Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, will challenge Trump’s reelection bid in November.
