MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) — A second round of layoffs at a Manitowoc-based company that specializes in ice products will affect about 60 employees, according to the state Department of Workforce Development.

The upcoming Manitowoc Ice layoffs will happen in early December, HTR Media (http://htrne.ws/1oVezz7 ) reported. An official at the department said 50 workers were laid off in August and 50 more are expected to face layoffs next March.
