Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed with President Trump on Tuesday that those behind the terrorist attack in Manchester Monday night and others around the world are “losers” who will “continue to lose.”
“Mr. President, today you called the terrorists losers,” Netanyahu said during a joint appearance at Yad Vashem, a Holocaust memorial in Jerusalem. “I know you agree with me that it’s our job to make sure that they continue to lose. We will defeat them.”
Trump on Tuesday condemned the bombing in Manchester, England on Monday night that killed more than 20 people at an Ariana Grande concert.
“So many young, beautiful, innocent people living and enjoying their lives, murdered by evil losers in life,” Trump said.
Trump appeared at Yad Vashem on Tuesday for a wreath laying ceremony. Earlier Tuesday, Trump met with President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority.
Trump arrived in Israel on Monday and leaves for Rome on Tuesday.
