Despite some buzzing around Hollywood that the director of “The Hunger Games” sequel would be “Moneyball” director Bennett Miller, “Water for Elephants” director Francis Lawrence got the gig, Deadline reports. Lawrence — no relation to the film’s star Jennifer Lawrence — also directed the Will Smith film “I Am Legend.” Lawrence can’t hesitate in getting to work — “Catching Fire” is set to start production in August.
