Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel announced late Thursday he would interview adult film star Stormy Daniels after President Trump’s first State of the Union address Tuesday.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, has said she had an affair with Trump a year after he married first lady Melania Trump.
InTouch magazine last week published an on-the-record interview with Daniels from 2011 about the alleged affair. The magazine waited years to publish the interview after longtime Trump attorney Michael Cohen threatened to sue.
The adult film star was recently pushed into the spotlight after the Wall Street Journal reported Cohen arranged a $130,000 payment before the election for Daniels to stay quiet about the affair.
Trump has denied the affair.
“I have MANY QUESTIONS!” Kimmel tweeted.
On Saturday, Daniels appeared at a South Carolina strip club on the one-year anniversary of Trump’s inauguration. The event was part of her “Making America Horny Again Tour.”
