GOP will propose coverage delay to address those with insurance gaps

Senate Republican leaders are expected to issue a revised healthcare reform plan Monday that would address those with healthcare coverage gaps by imposing a six-month delay, according to a GOP aide.

Republicans are working on revisions to their discussion draft that was released last week and attracted tepid support from most GOP senators and opposition from five Republicans, easily enough to sink the bill.
