Dane Cook was all set to star in “Next Caller,” an NBC show about an abrasive radio show host. That sitcom got the ax and Cook was left looking for another network. Well he didn’t have to look far. On Friday, Deadline reported that NBC has signed another deal with the comedian to generate a new show. “Next Caller” was slated for a midseason premiere when NBC pulled the plug.
