3rd Northern NH tourism conference set for Nov. 8

BRETTON WOODS, N.H. (AP) — A marketing consultant who has helped small businesses is the keynote speaker at the third annual Northern New Hampshire Conference on Tourism.

Nancie Freitas recently headed the company Constant Contact, driving its growth to over 500,000 customers and turning into a well-known name for small business success tools.

The conference is being held Nov. 8 at the Appalachian Mountain Club’s Highland Center in Bretton Woods.

The conference hosts workshops designed to help tourism-based businesses network and learn strategies to improve their business practices and help increase revenues. It is a collaboration of New Hampshire Grand, the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, the Women’s Rural Entrepreneurial Network and the Appalachian Mountain Club.
