Police: Couple slain, son charged

FRISCO, Texas (AP) — Police in a north Dallas suburb say they’ve detained a 16-year-old boy in the overnight shootings of his parents.

Frisco police spokesman Colby Hill said in a statement that officers were called to a home at about 2 a.m. Monday after shots were heard.
