Q. I get pounding headaches at least twice a month and end up in the emergency room being treated for pain and nausea. These headaches suck the life out of me. My doctor thinks it is sinusitis, so he prescribes antibiotics all the time, but I don’t want to take too many. Are there other ways I can make the headaches stop? – Anonymous
