D.C. police are investigating a Friday shooting that left a 53-year-old man dead.
Police said Anthony Lynn Willford, of the District, was shot on the 2300 block of Good Hope Road SE at about noon Friday. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
Police are seeking a motive and suspect in the slaying. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 202-727-9099.
