Help bay’s oyster population — by eating them

Next week, diners can eat from the Chesapeake Bay and help it, too.

The nonprofit Oyster Recovery Partnership is among the organizers of “From the Bay, For the Bay” next week in the Washington region. For every Maryland seafood dinner ordered during the promotion, $1 will go to the Oyster Recovery Partnership — which says each dollar donated allows it to plant 100 baby oysters in the bay.
