An Arizona lawmaker has come down with COVID-19 despite being fully vaccinated against the virus.

“I have taken Covid-19 very seriously and have worn my mask, washed my hands, socially distanced,” said State Rep. Alma Hernandez in a statement. “Yet despite those measures and being vaccinated I have come down with Covid.”
