Pennsylvania State Rep. Brian Sims, a Democrat, posted a livestream of himself confronting an elderly woman who was protesting outside a Planned Parenthood clinic that is located within his district.
Video of the livestream was highlighted by Live Action, an anti-abortion media organization.

In the video, Sims encouraged people watching to donate to Planned Parenthood.
“Shame on you, ma’am, for standing out here thinking you know what’s right for other people’s bodies,” Sims can be heard telling the female protester.
Throughout the video, Sims as he continues to call her an “old white lady telling people what’s right to do their bodies.” The woman does not engage with Sims until he shoves his cellphone in her face.
“Get out of my way. Get that camera out of my face,” the woman said. Sims then calls for people to protest outside of her home.
While Sims was heavily criticized for his part in the video, he refused to apologize.

Sims confronted the woman for around eight minutes. He ended the video by saying what she was doing is not Christianity and that it was “disgusting.”
