The author and advocate of Muslim women’s rights will present the question “Is Islam a Religion of Tolerance?” at the National Press Club on Monday. A resident scholar with the American Enterprise Institute, Hirsi Ali has authored several books, including a two-volume autobiography, and was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2005.
