Metro trains will share a single track on parts of four of the system’s five lines this weekend in order to accommodate track work. Metro says portions of the red, orange, blue and yellow lines will be affected. Metro says it is the last weekend of track work in 2011 since there will be no track work over the Christmas or New Year’s holiday weekends. Metro says trains on the Red Line will share one track between Dupont Circle and Judiciary Square. Orange Line trains will share one track between East Falls Church and West Falls Church. Blue Line trains will share one track between Stadium-Armory and Addison Road. Blue and Yellow line trains will share one track between Reagan National Airport and Braddock Road. — AP
