Two Woodbridge men were arrested Monday after allegedly leaving their young children in a locked vehicle, police said.
Jothan Caeb Phillips, 22, and Markus Terell Gardner, 23, were charged with felony child neglect, according to Prince William County Police.
Police responded to a child neglect call in the 12600 block of Dara Drive in Woodbridge at about 2 p.m. Saturday and found a 4-year-old girl and two 1-year-old girls in a vehicle, where they’d been for at least 10 minutes.
The two fathers were found in a nearby residence, police said. Phillips is the father of the 4-year-old and one of the 1-year-olds, and Gardner is the father of the other 1-year-old.
No injuries were reported on the children. They were turned over to their mothers, police said.
