WHAT: The Bentonville, Arkansas school district received a $413,000 stimulus grant to attend an educational conference on “What do we do when students do not learn?”
WHY IT’S AN OUTRAGE: Expensive conferences don’t create jobs, which was the purpose of the stimulus bill. It’s safe to say our freespending federal bureaucrats are the ones who never learn.
