Someone yelled out “Black Lives Matter” during a moment of silence to honor fallen police officers at the Democratic National Convention Thursday night.
Dallas Sheriff Lupe Valdez had asked for a moment of silence “in honor of all of America’s fallen officers,” which was punctured by at least one protester shout.
