Critics contend that idling trains cause air pollution that can pose a risk to residents of the northeastern Los Angeles communities of Cypress Park and Elysian Valley. 10 a.m. PASADENA — Undocumented youths, immigrant rights advocates and other community members representatives will rally to ask for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to release Martin Rodriguez, a father of four and day laborer from Pasadena.
