Donald Trump continued to describe a video on Thursday of Iranian officials unloading cash from a U.S. airplane, despite his own campaign confirming hours earlier that no such video exists.

“A tape was made with the airplane coming in — nice plane. And the money coming off, I guess. Right? That was given to us, has to be, by the Iranians. And you know why the tape was given to us? Because they want to embarrass our country and they want to embarrass our president,” Trump said at his latest rally in Portland, Maine.
