Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., told a group of supporters Thursday morning that if the party can make major gains during the 2014 midterm cycle, Republicans could win the White House in 2016. Bachmann’s remarks came during an event to recognize the five-year anniversary of the Tea Party Patriots in Washington, D.C. The Minnesota congresswoman has long been seen as a Tea Party favorite.
