Horror author Stephen King is upset with new Twitter boss Elon Musk, and Musk took some time to address his concerns.
“$20 a month to keep my blue check? F*** that, they should pay me,” King tweeted Monday.

Musk, who has shaken the social media world since assuming control of Twitter, responded to King directly.
“We need to pay the bills somehow!” the world’s wealthiest man tweeted at the author. “Twitter cannot rely entirely on advertisers. How about $8?”

Musk purportedly intends to charge verified users for their blue checks and expounded on the concept Tuesday.
