OAKALLA, Texas (AP) — A two-vehicle traffic accident in Central Texas has killed a sister and a brother who attended Texas Tech University and were headed home for the weekend.
The Texas Department of Public Safety on Monday identified the victims as 20-year-olds Kylie and Ryan Murphy of Round Rock.
