CNN’s Drew Griffin has been looking beyond the politicians’ promises of high-speed rail transit and finds about the only thing going fast on the program is the rate at which tax dollars are being spent.
“We’re not building pieces of high-speed rail, we’re just wasting high-speed money fixing up old slow rails,” Griffin says in this video segment on Anderson Cooper’s “360” program.
