Comedian and late night television host Jimmy Kimmel claimed Friday that he could change President Trump’s views on policies if given the chance to meet with him.
“Maybe this is crazy, but I feel like I could turn him around on a couple of things,” Kimmel told ABC’s “Good Morning America.” “I think he needs to be surrounded by better people … I just think he’s changed positions so frequently.
“I want to know what happened to Donald Trump … who was a Democrat?” Kimmel added.
The late night ABC host has used his light-hearted celebrity show to take issue with the Trump administration’s policies on guns and healthcare.
Kimmel said he did not tell his colleagues that he would rant on taped TV about healthcare, but informed his wife ahead of time.
