Kanye West held ‘SNL’ castmates ‘hostage’ during Pro-Trump rant, Kenan Thompson says

Kanye West held “Saturday Night Live” “hostage” when he broke into an extended speech that began with him accusing people of “bullying” him backstage over his “Make America Great Again” hat, according to veteran cast member Kenan Thompson.

“I don’t know if that’s the moment necessarily to hold people hostage like that, but hey,” Thompson said during an interview with the NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” He did add: “We’re all entitled to our opinions.”
