CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Wondering how to cook that moose you shot and what foods to pair with it?
New Hampshire Fish and Game officials suggest signing up for a weekend culinary adventure for hunters.
Registration for the Barry Camp Wild Game Culinary Adventure Sept. 28-30 is limited to 30 participants ages 18 and up. The $100 fee includes meals and lodging at the rustic camp.
Participants will learn how to dress, drag, hang and cook wild game.
All proceeds benefit the White Mountains camp, which teaches outdoor and conservation skills to boys and girls during week-long summer sessions.
The weekend cooking camp is co-sponsored by the Belknap County Sportsmen’s Association.
Call Fish and Game at 603-271-3211 to register.
