D.C. United 3, Dynamo 2

D.C. United extended one streak but finally ended another with its 3-2 victory over the Houston Dynamo on Saturday before 13,975 at RFK Stadium.

After squandering a one goal lead twice in the second half, Maicon Santos rose for a spectacular header off a cross from Daniel Woolard in the 70th minute for the second of two goals to ensure that United would stretch its unbeaten run to seven matches.
