Democratic 2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the son of the late former U.S. attorney general of the same name, confirmed his participation in a Twitter Spaces livestream taking place later this month.
The stream is scheduled to go live less than two weeks after Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) announced his presidential campaign on the platform, on which he encountered a number of technical difficulties.

RFK Jr. confirmed his interview with the platform’s current owner, Elon Musk, during an appearance on Saturday on Newsmax.
“I mean, I did tell you the truth. I felt very bad for [Ron DeSantis], too, because that should have been the best day of his life,” Kennedy said after being asked whether he was concerned about experiencing similar tech problems during his livestream.

“My announcement was one of the greatest days in my life, and I feel badly that it didn’t go well, that there was those glitches. But I guess [Musk] has worked out the glitches for me. Hopefully,” Kennedy said.
Kennedy’s candidacy is supported by 52% of Democrats, with 32% opposed and 16% not sure, according to a Rasmussen Reports survey.
