Pence: ‘Extraordinary’ to see DNC speakers avoid mentioning ISIS

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence slammed speakers Democratic National Committee Monday night for refusing to discuss the rising threat of radical Islamic terrorism.

“It is extraordinary to think that yesterday in Philadelphia, 61 speakers came to the podium and not one of them named ISIS by name,” the Republican vice presidential nominee said Tuesday during remarks at the Veterans of Foreign Wars’ annual convention in Charlotte, N.C.
