The Democratic firm Public Policy polling has a new poll which shows voters favor repealing the health care bill passed last month by a 53% to 40% margin, with 8% of voters not sure. Obama’s job approval rating is underwater in the poll, with 46% approving and 48% disapproving of the president’s performance. Voters just barely prefer Obama as president to George W.
