Carroll County Sheriff?s Office set to earn accreditation

By the end of the week, the Carroll County Sheriff?s Office will become the first law enforcement agency in the county and the 28th in the state to earn accreditation.

Kasten, along with Sheriff Kenneth Tregoning, will travel this week to the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies conference in Lexington, Ky., to answer final questions about their agency from a panel of other law enforcement officers and government leaders.
