SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — A former Spartanburg High School teacher and coach is accused of sexually touching a student.

The Spartanburg Herald Journal reported Friday (http://bit.ly/WYIE2m ) that authorities had charged Courtney Clark Kay third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under age 16.
