Joshua Jackson and his long-time love Diane Kruger were at a benefit dinner in Monte Carlo on Wednesday night to help raise money with President Clinton and Prince Albert.
But did their night have an even bigger highlight?
Joshua bought a $45,000 rose gold and white diamond necklace for Diane, and a People magazine source says he was overheard saying it was an engagement present.
But an Us Weekly source is saying it’s not true and the necklace was just a very extravagant gift.
The “Inglourious Basterds” actress, who has been dating the “Dawson’s Creek” star for more than five years, has said publicly in the past that she’s likely not walking down the aisle again.
“Without sounding pessimistic, I learned that I don’t believe in marriage,” Diane told Glamour in 2011. “I believe in a commitment that you make in your heart. There’s no paper that will make you stay.”

E! News says the two are “really happy” and have known each other for a long time, but just recently started up a romance.
Both stars have been open about past struggles with substance abuse and according to an E! source, “they have a lot to talk about.”

The Thrilla from Wasilla is back living with his mom, isn’t paying child support and is supposedly penniless.
Levi Johnston, Playgirl model and Bristol Palin’s baby daddy, has made more than $1 million, but according to Us, “squandered it on guns, boats and four-wheelers.”
His 3-year-old son, Tripp, isn’t seeing any of that cash either. “Levi hasn’t paid child support in nearly two years,” a source said.
