Mark Burnett, the creator of NBC’s “The Apprentice” and other reality television shows, was spotted leaving Trump Tower on Tuesday afternoon.
The reality TV producer may be helping President-elect Trump plan his inauguration ceremony, according to multiple reports last week.
Burnett is an award-winning entertainment producer, having been behind hits like “Survivor,” “Shark Tank” and “The Bible.”
Trump is set to be sworn in on Jan. 20 in Washington, D.C. The two have discussed enlisting a helicopter to transport Trump from New York to Washington as a means of capturing the attention of the millions watching, according to one report.
Trump is six weeks away from his first day as the 45th president and said to be at pace or slightly ahead of schedule for filling the 22 slots in his cabinet.
Burnett is listed as the creator of “Celebrity Apprentice,” of which Trump is credited as an executive producer.
The Emmy-winning producer stood by Trump even during October’s “Access Hollywood” tape leak.
