NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell was chastised by Russia’s foreign minister Wednesday as he was holding a meeting with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Moscow.
Footage tweeted by an ABC Moscow correspondent captures Mitchell shouting a question, catching the ire of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“Who gave you your manners?” Lavrov asked Mitchell.
