Former Mexican President Vicente Fox may be joining other international leaders who have backed Hillary Clinton for president.
Fox tweeted a picture of the Statue of Liberty along with a call for Americans to elect a president that is “as lovely and feminine” as New York’s Lady Liberty.
She is femenine, she is beautiful, she inspires, next US president should be as grandiose, as lovely and feminine. pic.twitter.com/wyvT1C1DLJ

Clinton is the only woman in the 2016 presidential election running on a major party ticket, indicating Fox’s statement could only be directed toward her.
It’s no secret Fox is not a fan of presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump. The former president has criticized the New York businessman for months on social media and in U.S. network TV appearances.
Shortly after his unofficial endorsement of Clinton late Friday, Fox called on Trump to issue a formal apology to Mexicans for his “xenophobic comments” made last June, when he said the country was not sending their best to America.
I strongly believe that @realDonaldTrump owes an apology to all Mexicans for his xenophobic comments and to all Americans for fooling them.

Trump has not responded to Fox on whether he will apologize for his nearly year-old comments.
