BALTIMORE (AP) — An Aberdeen man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually abusing two boys at a military installation in Virginia.
Twenty-one-year-old Marcus Smith pleaded guilty to two counts of abusive sexual contact. He was ordered to register as a sex offender at sentencing Friday in federal court in Baltimore.
According to his plea agreement, Smith had sexual contact with the boys, who were between the ages of 8 and 10, at homes in Fort Lee, Virginia.
