An actress with a small role in Captain America: The First Avenger was arrested in connection with the stabbing death of her mother.
On Tuesday, officers with the Olathe Police Department in Kansas arrested 38-year-old Mollie Fitzgerald on charges of second-degree murder for allegedly stabbing her mother inside her home, according to the Kansas City Star.
Patricia Fitzgerald, 68, was found dead in her Olathe home on Dec. 20.
The actress is being held in the Johnson County Jail on $500,000 bond.
Fitzgerald played “Stark Girl” in the 2011 film. She also appeared in The Lawful Truth and The Creeps, according to her iMDb page.
