Arnold Schwarzenegger calls out Trump: ‘There are not two sides to hate’

Arnold Schwarzenegger called out President Trump by name following his controversial statements on the deadly Charlottesville protest.

“There are not two sides to hate,” the former California governor said in a video he promoted on social media Thursday. “The only way to beat the loud, angry voices of hate is to meet them with louder, more reasonable voices.”

At a press conference Tuesday, Trump said both sides were to blame for the protest which left one woman dead and 19 others injured.

“That includes you President Trump,” he continued. “As president of this great country, you have a moral responsibility to send an unequivocal message that you won’t stand for hate and racism.”

He then offered to help Trump write his speech, calling out white supremacists by name.

Schwartenegger was born in Austria in 1947, said he knows what it’s like to live with Nazis.

“Your heroes are losers,” he said to white supremacists. “Right now they’re resting in hell.”

Schwarzenegger took over as host of “The Celebrity Apprentice” after Trump began his presidential campaign, but left earlier this year after one season after expressing criticism of the president.

“The only way we can really eliminate hatred is to face it head on,” he said.

The actor and former bodybuilder served as the Republican governor of California from 2003 to 2011.
