GOP nominee Donald Trump declared that the system is “rigged” because his opponent Hillary Clinton “should have been precluded from running for president of the United States.”

Speaking at an event in Gettysburg, Pa., on Saturday, Trump doubled down on previous claims that the election will be rigged. He pointed out that the FBI and Department of Justice played a hand in Clinton’s campaign.
