Following an Examiner story about a Howard County woman?s fight with Comcast, attorneys for Comcast filed a temporary restraining order Monday in Baltimore City Circuit Court to bar Celeste Wooten, owner of Wirespan Communications, from talking to the media, publishing and/or airing a video she alleges shows Comcast employees breaking into her offices and from posting information about the incident on the Internet.
Comcast is also seeking to have the video removed from the Web site YouTube.com.
Wooten filed a lawsuit suit last year alleging $13 million in damages because she said Comcast held her business to a different standard than its nonminority contractors.
