Concerned about the Chesapeake Bay? Maryland’s plan to restore the bay is now open for public comment until March 9. The plan is part of a new restoration effort led by the Environmental Protection Agency to put the bay on a “pollution diet.” To comment, e-mail to [email protected] or by letter to Tom Thornton, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 540, Baltimore, MD 21230.
