Stephanie Grisham ridicules Scaramucci: ‘His feelings just seem to be hurt’

White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham slammed former staffer Anthony Scaramucci for his recent criticism of President Trump during her Wednesday night appearance on Eric Bolling’s show.

Scaramucci, who spent 11 days in the White House, has recently withdrawn his support of the president, and Trump has responded in kind on social media. He was on Bolling’s show right before Grisham’s appearance, and he called the president “completely crazy” while also describing him as “mentally declining.”

“It’s nonsensical to me, honestly,” Grisham responded. “His feelings just seem to be hurt.”

She also called his comments about Trump’s mental health “ridiculous.”

“[Scaramucci] seems to have all these people who are going to turn on the president, but he can’t name who they are? I think that’s pretty important,” she added based on comments Scaramucci made about Trump alienating his White House staff.

Grisham also pointed to the president’s poll numbers and the economy as signs that Trump is “doing a great job,” and that “Anthony knows that.”
