NEW YORK (AP) — Con Edison is investigating the cause of a “voltage dip” that briefly affected New York City subway trains.
CBS New York (http://cbsloc.al/1pg39Xm ) says it wasn’t immediately clear whether the problem Wednesday morning was heat-related.
The power dip occurred around 9:45 a.m. and lasted about 5 minutes.
