After selling their home in New York, Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle bought a mansion in Florida.
The couple spent $9.7 million for a six-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom house in Jupiter’s Admirals Cove community near West Palm Beach, Florida, according to the Real Deal, a publication focusing on South Florida real estate news. They closed the deal on Wednesday.

They bought the home from Sheri B. Nelson, the ex-wife of former New York Yankees relief pitcher Jeff Nelson, who kept the property during their divorce. The now ex-couple purchased the property for $3.5 million in 1999, four years after the house was built.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle sold their home in the Hamptons for more than $8 million last month, according to Business Insider. The couple sold the home for nearly double what they paid for it, $4.4 million, in the summer of 2019.
Much of the Trump family has relocated to Florida.
Former President Donald Trump and former first lady Melania Trump live at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in West Palm Beach, which is roughly 20 miles away from the mansion bought by Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle.
Trump’s eldest daughter, Ivanka, and her husband Jared Kushner signed a one-year lease on a luxury condo in Miami.

The couple’s stay in the condo is expected to be temporary, as they build a house on a $32 million lot recently purchased on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, which is gated and guarded by a 13-man police force.
