Infant’s body discovered in Va. garbage truck
The body of an unidentified infant was found in the back of a garbage truck in the Falls Church area. The baby appeared to be newborn boy, with no obvious injuries, said Kraig Troxell, spokesman for the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. Most of the truck’s stops Saturday were in Sterling, before crossing the Fairfax County line, Troxell said. The truck driver summoned Fairfax County officers to the intersection of Utterback Store Road and Neha Court, where the baby’s body was found in the container of the truck. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 703-777-0475.
