City running festival sign-ups rise 24 percent
With less than two months to go before the Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival, registration numbers are up 24 percent, according to manager and promoter Corrigan Sports Enterprises.
The Under Armour Baltimore Marathon, CareFirst Half-Marathon and Legg Mason Team Relay are all at 70 percent capacity or greater as the event looks to sell out for the second straight year.
Currently, there are 500 spots left in the marathon and half-marathon, while the relay has room for 100 more teams.
The eighth annual Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival will take place on Saturday, Oct. 11 beginning at 8 a.m.
