“Girls” creator Lena Dunham delivered a not-so-subtle political message with her Halloween costume this year.
She posed for an Instagram photo of her dressed as a cat with a hand attached to both her chest and groin, with the caption, “Happy Halloween! With love from a Grabbed Pussy.”

The costume is a reference to the leaked 2005 video of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump that showed him describing the things he believes he can do to women because of his star power.
“You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them,” Trump said in the video to then-“Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush. “It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”
Dunham is a supporter of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, and has been stumping with the former secretary of state on the campaign trail since shortly after she announced her candidacy over a year ago.
